I worked as a Data Innovation Intern in Tradestation's IdeaLab, a corporate incubator for new, exciting experimental projects. I helped develop a Machine Learning model for customer attrition probabilities, as well as a dashboard and automated data pipeline in Azure ML for use by key stakeholders.

I was extended as a remote contractor, continuing to improve the predictive capability of the model. I collaborated across the company to standardize usage and craft a customer retention strategy centered around what was developed over the summer.

I worked as a Data Engineering Intern on a team creating a debit card web portal for one of the bank's large institutional clients. I helped in design, creation, and testing of a databse model that would correctly, efficiently, and securely transfer information on millions of customer accounts.

I analyzed business processes in the firm's tax division, proposed a digital innovation strategy, and developed a POC that could liberate millions of dollars in work-hours. I also developed a NLP classification algorithm for tax account types.
